江蘇雙良鍋爐有限公司是雙良集團公司于1997年投資2.6億元成立的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)，是國內(nèi)最大的燃油燃氣鍋爐生產(chǎn)基地。公司年銷售額達6億，在職員工482人，其中產(chǎn)品、自控程序開發(fā)研制和設計人員60人，工藝人員29人，檢驗人員16人，無損檢測人員15人，持證合格焊工96人。
水管熱水鍋爐
公司現(xiàn)占地面積15萬平方米，建筑面積4.5萬平方米，其中廠房面積3.8萬平方米；現(xiàn)有固定資產(chǎn)8000多萬元。公司擁有數(shù)控卷板機、數(shù)控切割機、大型熱處理爐、數(shù)控加工中心、數(shù)控鍋筒鉆床、膜式壁生產(chǎn)線、蛇形管生產(chǎn)線以及各類焊接設備和檢驗試驗設備600余臺套。
50噸分體水管鍋爐
雙良鍋爐公司以技術(shù)為核心，以市場為導向，憑借國家級企業(yè)技術(shù)中心和博士后研究工作站為研發(fā)平臺，研制開發(fā)了WNS臥式內(nèi)燃鍋爐、SZS水管鍋爐、LSS貫流鍋爐、SLG散裝電站鍋爐、余熱鍋爐以及各類壓力容器產(chǎn)品，并獲得A級鍋爐制造許可證、A2級壓力容器制造許可證、ASME制造許可證、ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系證書、ISO14001環(huán)境管理體系證書、OSHSAS18001職業(yè)健康管理證書，成為國家重點高新技術(shù)企業(yè)，公司多項產(chǎn)品被列入國家火炬計劃，并榮獲“中國綠色環(huán)保鍋爐第一品牌”的稱號。

Jiangsu Shuangliang Boiler Co.,Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise founded Shuangliang Group in 1997 with total investment of 260 million RMB. It’s the largest fabrication base of oil/gas-fired boiler at home. The yearly sale of the company is more than 600 million. Now it owns more than 482 employees with 60 researchers and designers for products and self-control program development, 29 craft workers, 16 inspectors, 15 NDT inspectors and 96 welders with eligible certificates.
Now Shuangliang Boiler Co.,Ltd. occupies more than 150 thousand square meters, thereinto 45 thousand square meters are buiding area and more than 38 thousand square meters are plant area. At present, the capital assets of the company are worth 80 million RMB. It possesses more than 600 sets of manufacture equipments such as NC Rolling Machine、NC Cutting Machine、Large Heat Treatment Furnace、CNC、NC Drum Drilling Machine、Membrane Wall Production Line、Coiled Tube Production Line and all kinds of welding and inspection devices.
Jiangsu Shuangliang Boiler Co.,Ltd. has developed WNS Horizontal Oil/gas-fired Boiler、SZS Water Tube Boiler、LSS Boiler、SLG Packed Power Station Boiler、Waste Heat Boiler and different kinds of pressure vessles by concentrating on the technology and using marketing as guideline on the research stage of State Level Enterprise Technology Center and Postdoctoral Research Center.
